TAKE EAT EASY

February 9, 2016

For me one of the biggest advantages of city life is food delivery! There’s nothing more convenient when you don’t feel like cooking or going out than ordering online via your laptop or phone. Having ordered from different food delivery services over the last years I find myself opting the more and more for TAKE EAT EASY as not only you can see the remaining time of your order at any moment but also it is delivered by bike – which sometimes is a lot faster than by car and, needless to say, is a lot more eco-friendly.

How does it work exactly? You go to their website, put in your address and then the restaurants that deliver to your address will be shown. I always have a varied selection to choose from: Italian (which is my favorite), Belgian, Asian, Indian,…  you get the point: anyone will find something he/she likes. You go on placing your order, the restaurant prepares the dishes and then the bike courier picks it up and delivers it to you in real-time. On the website you can even see how fast he bikes 😀 For my last order it took him 12 minutes to get it from the restaurant to my doorstep which makes a total time, from placing my order to getting it, of 35 minutes (Lunchtime on a Thursday). The food – from New Saigon Bangkok – was warm when it arrived, looked and tasted good which made me happy 🙂 I especially liked the rice rolls and the soup.  So if you ever wonder what to eat and you are, like me, living in Brussels, TAKE EAT EASY might be exactly what you are looking for.
